Description:

The installation was 90 ft-½-inch long, and consisted of a 6-ft tall, combination constant slope (44 in tall) and vertical face (28 in tall), reinforced concrete barrier anchored to a cantilevered reinforced concrete deck. A½-in joint in the deck and barrier was located 30 ft from the upstream end of the installation.W8×48 posts were secured to the back of the barrier, spaced at 11 ft-8 in on center. These posts supported noise abatement wall panels that extended to 18 ft above grade.
