Description: Each test assembly consisted of a base, telescoping aluminum uprights,a sign assembly, and three flags. The base was comprised of four tubular legs, springs, and brackets. The sign assembly consisted of a non-reflective vinyl banner with reinforced corner sand fiber glass stiffeners. The bottom corner of the sign was positioned 22 in above grade.
